For Doctors, we take care of it all:

  • Obtain insurance approval.
  • Contact the patient for an appointment.
  • Perform the imaging.
  • Deliver the results electronically.
Just send us the referral, and we’ll handle the rest.

For Patients, here’s what you need to do:

  • Provide the Imaging Referral Form.
  • Share your Claim number (if available).
  • Specify your Insurer's name.
  • Mention the Date of Injury.
We’ll take it from there, scheduling your appointment once approval is granted.

Best of all, there are NO out-of-pocket costs to you once we have written approval in place.
